Jovi-Zele

Jovi is back with new visuals for his Bikutsi-inspired song Zele. The lyrics and the visuals truly mesh well in this project as the artist narrates current events and stays true to his Cameroonian roots. As he talks about everything from Boko Haram to DJ Eneo, the Mboko God stresses the importance of Unity and the preservation of culture.

The video weaves visuals of the less glamourous parts of the capital city Yaoundé, sharply portrays the grittiness of the inner-city and the daily struggle of the Cameroonian hustle: Le Cameroun des débrouillars.
